Spelling accomplishment

This is a text I wrote to Troy, brimming with pride for our daughter and also with confidence in the unschooling process. :-)

Well. Our daughter just sounded out her first word, all the way through! I helped, but she guessed every single letter on her own, correctly with the first try!!!

It's quite auspicious. ;-)

And it felt like a game and she was having fun, and felt lightly accomplished after having spelled it, with no "good jobs" or gold stars!!!!

Rapunzel!

Anjali has been pretending and singing (from Into the Woods, and also from Pandora station with Tangled song) about Rapunzel a lot lately.
